Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data UdyamSuite collects through www.udyamsuite.com, why we collect it, how we store it, and the choices available to you.

Effective date: 26 October 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through the UdyamSuite website at www.udyamsuite.com, demo and early-access forms, email, and customer onboarding. It does not cover third-party websites that we link to.

UdyamSuite is operated from India. By using the website or submitting a form, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Name, work email address, and the contact details you provide.
  • Company or factory name, team size, and the message you send us.
  • The type of request (demo, early access, or general enquiry).
  • Any other information you choose to include in a form or email.

We also receive limited technical information from our hosting provider, such as request logs, IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to demo requests, early-access applications, and enquiries.
  • Schedule walkthroughs and provide customer support.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website and the UdyamSuite service.
  • Send service-related messages and, where permitted, product updates.
  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Storage and security

Website form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The website and database are hosted on Cloudflare’s network. Traffic to the website is served over HTTPS.

We use access controls and limit who can view submitted data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information such as bank details, passwords, or personal identity numbers through website forms.

5. Cookies and analytics

The UdyamSuite website does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural tracking. Our hosting provider may set essential security and performance cookies required to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent before using non-essential cookies.

6. Sharing and service providers

We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate, such as:

  • Cloudflare, for hosting, storage, and network security.
  • Email and communication providers, to respond to enquiries.
  • Professional advisers, when required for legal or accounting purposes.

These providers process data on our instructions and only for the services they provide. We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and users.

7. Retention

We keep demo and enquiry records for up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for a customer relationship, legal obligation, or dispute resolution. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. You may also raise a grievance about how your data is handled.

To exercise these rights, email hello@udyamsuite.com with enough information for us to identify your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

9. Children

The website and the UdyamSuite service are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International processing

Our infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare and may process data in data centres outside your state or country. We take reasonable steps to ensure that data remains protected when it is processed across borders, consistent with applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect. Material changes will be communicated on the website or by email where appropriate.
